Shane has spent his career working alongside the NHS, developing solutions that help deliver care more efficiently and sustainably. Over the past two decades he has built extensive experience in healthcare services, technology-enabled delivery models and the commercialisation of innovative solutions within highly regulated environments.
He has been involved in multiple successful start-ups as either a founding member or co-founder, building organisations that address operational challenges within the NHS through strong sector relationships, commercial strategy and scalable service models. Central to his approach is a strong focus on the customer, ensuring products are designed to comprehensively solve real operational problems while maintaining simplicity and safety for end users.
Shane focuses on building strong partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, defining strategy and guiding OTUA’s growth as it works with NHS organisations to introduce safe, scalable automation that supports the company’s mission to automate the clerical aspects of the patient pathway.
