Michael has worked closely with the National Health Service throughout his entire professional career, building over a decade of experience where he specialised in supporting hospitals recruiting consultant-level doctors across multiple clinical specialties.
Through this work, he developed a deep understanding of the operational and workforce challenges facing healthcare providers. While recruitment was the starting point, he quickly found a passion for the strategic side of the industry - building long-term partnerships, developing trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to improve how services are delivered.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Michael focuses on developing strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, working with NHS trusts, providers and partners to support the adoption of innovative solutions that improve patient access and reduce operational pressure.
Central to his approach is the belief that every operational improvement must ultimately serve the patient. Ensuring safety, reassurance and a positive patient experience remains at the forefront of OTUA.
