Michelle brings more than 20 years’ experience from BT plc, where she developed extensive expertise in large-scale technology deployment, process engineering and change management within complex organisations.
During her time at BT, Michelle was responsible for delivery across the manufacturing, life sciences and airline sectors. She managed a network of more than 200 project managers delivering network infrastructure and data centres across the globe for international organisations such as IAG, ABB, BMS, Novartis and Rolls-Royce. She has also worked closely with digital and transformation teams to identify new systems and bring efficiencies across delivery programmes.
Michelle specialises in guiding organisations through complex technology change, ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged and that new systems are implemented successfully and sustainably.
